No. Your credit will never get expired.
Oversea SMS sending cost is 4 credits / SMS.
We do not guarantee 100% SMS sending for the following scenario:
✓ If the phones number given is an invalid number.
(Your credit will be deducted. The TELCO company will charge and will not responsible for any failure due to invalid number.)
✓ If the phone is switched off.
(Our system will try to send for 3 times. If the message cannot be successfully send out, 1 credit will be deducted from your account.)
The default characters for one SMS is 160 characters for Latin alphabets while 70 characters is for CHINESE. You can still send unlimited characters. However, multiple credits will be charged based on your total characters.
We do not refund the remaining of your credits. Keep it as there is no expiry date.
