All hosting accounts are paid on a yearly basis.

Our system is implementing an automated notification email which contains a link for you to download/view the auto-generated invoice to inform you of the expiration of your domain & hosting service 1 month before the expiry date. A 2nd reminder will be emailed to you 2 weeks before the expiry date, and 3rd reminder will be sent 7 days before expiry date.

If we do not receive your payment on the expiry date, we will issue a notice and send to you by email, and may suspend your account temporarily. Further actions will be the termination of your hosting plan from our servers.
