However, when the Covid-19 Pandemic hit, everyone was affected and vendors were faced with a large hurdle.
Vendors could not reach new homeowners. With fairs, homeowners could see all the service providers in one location, compare prices, check out portfolios and select designer and contractors that was the best fit for them.

Renoplus is Malaysia’s one-stop home solutions multi-vendor eCommerce platform that provides interior design, renovation and home services to homeowners in one convenient location!
As of October 2021,they have a total of 8,900 users, 100 vendors and 80,100 views.

Together with Renoplus, we created a reliable and thriving online eCommerce platform.
As recorded in Google Analytics and Data Studio, Renoplus has acquired a total of 8,930 website visitors from its launch in November 2020, to October 2021, with organic searches driving the most conversions. With visitors from all over the world, 83% being Malaysians, also reaching those in the United States, Singapore, India, China and Canada.
Overall, there have been more than 181,000 events activated by these users which include but are not limited to scrolling, quote requesting, clicking and downloading files throughout Renoplus’ website.
